If you’ve landed at this page, it’s likely you’ve poured your heart and soul and sweat and tears into something you’re eager for people to taste. And if that’s the case, I can’t wait to meet you. You're busy producing quality, special, responsible food with story. Let me be the connector and sales engine for you. Let me generate leads and figure out distribution. Think of me as a broker between buyers and producers. Let’s have a meal and talk about the story of your food:

I’m focused on making connections between food producers who grow/make the highest quality and unique ingredients and the people (chefs, culinary directors, buyers) who want to delight and nourish their customers with them. Why? Because good food is food with story, and finding that (plus enjoying it, talking about it and supporting the people who make it their life’s work) feeds my soul. And, on the technical (less fun) side of things, I understand production complexities, distribution, regulations, consumer perceptions of food, labeling…everything that makes us down the vino a little too fast. 

I think of quality like this:

1) Production (Is it supportive of local food communities and the environment?)

2) Taste (Is it just really damn good?)

3) Authenticity (is it a traditionally used ingredient? Is it honest? Is it uncomplicated?)

4) Consistency (is it reliably good?)

5) Smile score (You know the feeling…)
